What the health subscription consist of ?

The health subscriptions proposed by our clinic appeal to both physical and legal persons.

Created by our medical team with a view to help you keep your state of health in best shape, the plans contain complex medical services, complementary: consultations in different specialties, laboratory tests, medical imaging, hospitalization, sauna, massage, fitness.

We insure you that through the clinical examinations and investigations that will be performed in best technical conditions, the diagnosis will guarantee the most useful therapeutic attitude.

Periodic checks and specialized consultations will ensure that the diagnosis has a predominantly preventive role, with advantages on both sides : simpler and more efficient treatments, the health regaining in a shorter time, the improvement of the health status.

For legal entities, the health subscriptions, within the limit of the contracted services package, may also include occupational medicine services :

• completing and evidence of medical records, medical conclusion of Labor Medicine and employer counseling, spontaneous consultations of occupational medicine, occupational health consultancy for human resources and labor protection services, organization and participation in the evaluation of occupational hazards
• employee health monitoring, professional reorientation in case of occupational disease, disease related to the profession or after chronic illness
• counseling on adapting work to the psychophysiological characteristics of employees
• counseling to substantiate health and safety at work

Which are the costs of the health subscriptions ?

The cost of a subscription is established according to the structure of the services offered in the variants presented below and has a reduced value up to 60% compared to the list cost incurred within our Clinic.

How is a health subscription concluded like ?

From the time of signing the contract, you benefit from all the contracted services. The payment will be made in full, in RON, according to the clauses agreed upon by the contract. For the full payment of the subscription, at the date of the contract, a 10% discount is granted.

The medical services contracted by the beneficiary under an individual subscription can not be carried over to the next year and can not be used by a third party.

The contract contains an automatic renewal clause of the subscription, provided that the price for the following year is paid and if, within 10 days from the expiry, the contract is not terminated by either party. If, during the course of the contract, at your own initiative or at the recommendation of the doctor, you want to change the medical services included in your subscription, please contact the "Abonamente de sanatate" Service, when you will get all the details regarding the services requested and the costs involved.

The only document required to conclude the contract through which you become a beneficiary of the medical services included in a health subscription is identity card (identity card, identity card, passport).

How does a collaboration develops like ?

The subscriber has the freedom to choose a general medical practitioner or a specialist to track the evolution of health throughout the subscription.

Complex health subscriptions for physical persons and legal persons

All the offered health subscriptions include consultations to the specialist doctor or to the generalist doctor, laboratory and medical imaging investigations.

In Legal Persons' case, the services range may be expanded by including complete Occupational health services.

Also, according to the number of employees and the type of chosen health subscription, discounts may occur.

• 6 consultations at the General Practitioner / Specialist Doctor, depending on the patient's needs and medical history
• 6 check-ups to the General Practitioner or Specialist Doctor for the 6 initial consultations
• Paraclinical investigations and laboratory tests, once a year, at the recommendation of a general practitioner or specialist :
  • Ultrasound : General abdominal ultrasound;
  • Electrocardiogram (EKG), X-ray;
  • Laboratory tests : complete blood count with leukocyte, VSH, TGP / ALT, TGO / AST, glycemia, serum creatinine, cholesterol, urea, Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA), vaginal cytology (Babes - Papanicolau), triglycerides, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, urine summary with sediment
• The following services will be payed by the subscriber at our current price list : immunizations, medication;

All investigations are outpatient.
The check-up consultation shall be carried out within 30 days of the initial consultation.
Unused services in one subscription year are not rolled over for next year.

"STANDARD" Health Subscription prices :

Payment is made in full, with a 10% discount.

"OPTIMUM" Health Subscription

• 6 consultations at the General Practitioner or Specialist Doctor, depending on the needs and medical history of the patient
• 6 check-ups for the 6 initial consultations
• Paraclinical investigations and lab tests, outpatient, with a generalist or a specialist recommendation :
  • Ultrasound : cardiac ultrasound, general abdominal ultrasound, urinary ultrasound, mammary ultrasound
  • Electrocardiogram (EKG), X-ray

"OPTIMUM" Health Subscription prices :

If an employee wishes to add in the contract for services, children, the price of the Junior I or Junior II subscription is reduced by 100 RON for each child.

Payment is made in full, with a 10% discount.

"DIABETES" - Health Subscription for people with diabetes

The predominantly irreversible nature of the evolution and worsening of diabetic and metabolic disorders, uncontrolled and systematically untreated, justifies us to argue that only thorough surveillance can be beneficial for the patient. Taking into account the clinical guides and the experience gained by the specialized doctors of the Victor Babes Clinic in preventing, limiting and curing diabetes-specific diseases and nutrition diseases, we propose two subscription versions :

"DIABETES" health subscription

• 2 consultations - diabetes mellitus and therapeutic education (individual themes with each patient: general information about diabetes, insulin therapy, glycemic control, self-monitoring, diet, hypoglycemia)
• 2 check-up consultations (within 30 days from the initial consultation)
• a set of analyzes :
  • every 3 months : glycemia, glycosylated hemoglobin (glycated), urine summary test (ketone bodies)
  • every 6 months : ALT, AST, GGT, CPK, cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, albumin / creatinine ratio, triglycerides, uric acid, ophthalmic consultation
  • a set of annual analyzes :ECG, audiogram
  • at the physician's indication : insulin, peptide C, osteodensitometry (DEXA), vitamin D (25-OH vitamin D), calcium, nephrologic consultation, psychiatric consultation, urological consultation, these performed at the doctor's indication, will be paid by the patient with a 10% discount from the list price.
• 10% discount from the list price for all other consultations, investigations, laboratory analyzes, surgery, hospitalization (accommodation, medical services), gyms for maintenance and recovery, presented in the list of services and prices of the Victor Babes Clinic

The following services are paid by the subscriber at the list price : immunizations, medication.

"DIABETES" Health Subscription price :

All investigations are outpatient.
The check-up consultation is performed within 30 days from the initial consultation.
Unused services in one year of subscription are not carried over to the next year and not from one patient to another.
The subscription can be extended to 2 or more family members with a discount of 100 lei for each subscriber.

The purchase of such a package of services implies the evaluation, in advance, of the patient, occasion with which they will be considered :

• medical documents showing the stage and evolution of the disease
• the result of the tests :
  • blood count, VSH, glycemia, glycated hemoglobin, C-peptide, insulinemia, anti-insulin, GAD, pancreatic islet cells, anti-insulin islets, tyrosine phosphatase-like protein, urea, creatinine, uric acid, total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, sum test , microalbuminuria / creatinine ratio, ALT, AST, GGT, AgHBs, anti HCV, CEA, CA 19-9, vitamin D, calcium, vitamin B12, folic acid, TSH, anti TPO, ionogram, AgHBs, anti HCV, sideremia, ferritin serum

In case the patient does not have these analyzes and wants to perform them in our Center, a discount of 10% is granted for each one, compared to the list price, when contracting the subscription.

"DIABETES PLUS" health subscription

• 2 consultations - diabetes mellitus and therapeutic education (individual themes with each patient: general information about diabetes, insulin therapy, glycemic control, self-monitoring, diet, hypoglycemia)
• 2 check-up consultations (within 30 days from the initial consultation)
• a set of analyzes :

"SENIOR" Health Subscription

Prostate adenoma is the most common benign tumor in the 55-year-old man, with 70% of men suffering from this condition, the increase in the volume being under the influence of androgenic hormones. Prostate adenoma is a disease with insidious evolution, over the course of several years, induced changes in the urinary system are slow. Biological aspects are very varied, from well differentiated forms, apparently slowly progressive, to aggressive manifestations, with a high risk of metastasis.

We answer the necessity of prevention, but also a specialized control on the evolution of the affection through this subscription which includes :

• two urological evaluation consultations
• two check-ups for the 2 initial consultations
